Relieve Shoulder Pain

This somatic exercise will synchronize your breaths with simple shoulder shrugs!  You’ll find that it relaxes your back muscles and improves your posture tremendously!  It’s great for anybody who hunches over a lot or has neck and shoulder pain when they wake up!

My Favorite Breathwork Technique

This is the breath of fire!  It’s perfect for boosting energy, opening the airways, and cleansing your body of negative energies!  I do it every morning when I wake up, and I encourage you to try the same!  Here, I’ve given a detailed tutorial on the breath of fire!

How to Fall Asleep Quickly

This breathwork technique will relax you and get you ready for bed!  It’s perfect for anybody with insomnia or an irregular sleep schedule.

Walking Meditation

Many people think that sitting with your eyes closed is the only way to meditate, but it’s not true!  Walking meditation is the most accessible and simple form of meditation.  It can help you find presence and relaxation in a matter of seconds!

Sensory Awareness Anxiety Relief

Here is a very simple exercise that can alleviate any anxiety attack!  By bringing attention to our five senses, we ground ourselves in the present moment and quiet our thoughts!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about yoga. Next Tuesday, I’ll be sharing my next batch of tools.

If these words made you think of anyone who might appreciate these practices, please forward this email to them.

I hope the rest of your day brings presence and gratitude.

See you on Friday for my weekly journal!

Love,

Etai
